What is Ticketflow?

Ticketflow is a respected online ticketing service.

I am having problems ordering tickets.

You might be using an internet browser that is not supported by the ticketing service, such as Internet Explorer. Please try using a different browser (e.g. Google Chrome) when ordering your tickets. If you continue having problems ordering tickets, please contact our customer service via telephone number + 31 (0)76 808 0442 or send an email to support@ticketflow.eu.

When is my registration complete?

Your registration is complete after we have received your payment. When your personal details and payment have been processed, you will receive a confirmation email including your e-ticket.

Why haven’t I received my confirmation email and e-ticket?

This may have different reasons. It is possible that your payment has not yet been processed. Another possibility is that the confirmation email has been delivered to your spam folder. If this is not the case, please contact our ticket service at tickets@buildingthefutureofhealth.eu.

I am not able to pay using the options provided by Ticketflow. What now?

Please contact us at tickets@buildingthefutureofhealth.eu for alternative payment methods.

I would like to receive an invoice along with my ticket.

Your ticket doubles as an invoice. If your ticket does not meet the requirements of your organization, please contact us at tickets@buildingthefutureofhealth.eu.

I would like to order multiple tickets.

If you would like to order multiple tickets at once, please contact us at tickets@buildingthefutureofhealth.eu for alternative payment methods.

When is my payment due?

When ordering your online ticket using Ticketflow, payment is processed instantly. For alternative payment methods in agreement with the conference organization, we kindly urge you to pay your invoice within thirty days of the billing date and/or at least ten days prior to the conference. If we have not received your payment before the due date, you will only be granted access to the conference after payment in cash or by credit card.

I want to give my ticket to someone else.

Please contact us at tickets@buildingthefutureofhealth.eu. We will convert your ticket free of charge. We offer this service until the end of the conference.

I have a ticket but I am not able to make it.

Please read our terms and conditions and contact us if you meet the terms.

Where can I stay during the conference?

Groningen offers many accommodations in close proximity to the conference venue. Please find our hotel recommendations under practical info.

Where can I have lunch/dinner during my stay?

We encourage you to join our conference lunches and dinners. In addition, Groningen offers a wide variety of restaurants. Please find our recommendations under practical info.

I want to sign up for lunch/dinner but I have special dietary needs.

The conference themes are not only reflected in the programme. We have made sure our meals will be as healthy as possible. In case of special dietary needs or allergies please inform us in the contact form. We will do our best to take them into account.

I would like to contribute to the conference. Where can I apply?

We have intentionally chosen not to issue a call for papers. The programme is the result of proper consultation with our conference partners. Please feel free to contact us if you miss a certain theme or topic in our programme. We will contact you only if and when your proposal is deemed appropriate.

Do I need to print my ticket?

Both printed and digital e-tickets are valid.
